Sometimes I wish I was kate

Sometimes I wish I was Kate Middleton in all these glamorous frocks and being married to prince william yummy. I totally love the Alexander McQueen dress that she wore to the 2011 Military awards the other night and I am just so jealous of her. the future 'queen' has got style!!

  

Thinking back to April her wedding dress was just amazing too. I have a proper love for McQueen items!!

Hat Head

So it is literally like a hurricaine outside, im contemplating in getting a hat just to keep the gold old hair in place just dont know what one to get for the winter.

I like this cute little hat from ZARA it remind me of a wee hat I used to have for a doll. I've only seen it online though so I'm not sure if it would cover the ears but I think it looks really cute.

I like this hat from River Island cos its really funky. I feel i would be a bit embarrassed wearing it around Aberdeen and especially back home but it looks so soft and cute.

This hat from TOPSHOP is probably more the type of hat i would consider purchasing, theres nothing worse than chilly ears i think its super cute and i may go out and buy it.

I like this River Island hat as the blue colour is very vibrant i like the whole blonde hair blue eyes blue clothing look. not sure that im a fan of the pom pom at the back though....

This hat from River Island is a personal favourite as i have a liking for owl accessorized things. owning an owl ring and lots of other owl things i think this is soooo CUTE i really want it. 

Unfortunately i dont have time today to go purchase one of these beauts so il have to settle for my hood. in other news cannot wait to go home next week for christmas so excited for lots of party frocks and heels.

Whilst researching for my uni fashion article I came across Chanels new spring summer 2012 collection and this outfit caught my eye. I think it is soooo cute, obviously i'll never be able to afford to buy it but I will be hunting the high street for something similar. I want it!!!

Sexy Nails

When fellow blogger readmyrags blogged about these Nail rock nail arts I just knew i had to get some! I've been hearing that they've been included in this months glossybox. I happen to LOVE my nails and in the past have barely gone a day without coloured nails as long as i can remember!!

As soon as I discovered these fabulous things I instantly searched online for them and having discovered ASOS sold some sets of them and i happened to have a 25% discount code I came away with some bargains! 

I managed to get this set of two for only £8.00 which I thought was pretty cheap just for trying them out. I think the red and gold ones are especially cool because they look rather glamorous and keep reminding me of christmas which i cannot wait for! (4 weeks today) So asos say my order has been dispatched so hopefully they will arrive soon and I can get some piccys up!!

Essex Glam! Hot Hot Hot!

I am fully aware that I have just posted but I'm taking this opportunity to show off some of the photoshoot pictures that me and the rest of my group have been undertaking. I refused to model but all for a good cause as i would look terrible haha (instead I am the director). We worked with Aberdeen college photographers who did really well trailing around Aberdeen after us in our search for grubby places to shoot the glamourous gals!!
Our theme for the photo shoot was essex glam but in grotty places. The girls all loved the opportunity to get dressed up with big hair and fake eyelashes im so glad I was not the one having to walk through Union Square after parking in the multi storey car park!

This is my favourite photo from the shoot the photographer has done a fantastic job at editing this. As shown Lorna and Ruth were wearing long dresses and Hannah and Emma in shorties!! I just think the picture looks so professional. I can't remember right now where everyone said the dresses were from but they were all stunning and emmas looked real good with the added print scarf as a belt.

celebrate good times!!

Right now theres only 40minutes left of my birthday until i become every boring old age in the world!! I just thought I'd post some of my pictures from the celebrations. A great bunch of my friends came all the way to chilly Aberdeen to see me and it has definately been a great birthday such good times!!!

Here is me and some gorgeous friends of mine getting our drink on wearing my dress that I previously posted about. I didn't get enough photos in it (but means I can wear it again and pretend its new ;) )

Something old Something New

So a week tomorrow I turn the big old 21 and next weekend all my favourite people are coming to celebrate with me. I felt this was an occasion to purchase something new. Noticing a 25% promotional code for Asos the other night i began my search. In the end i purchased a simple caged back black dress which i thought was cute. After trying it on several times its finally settled that i like it.

Tomorrow is photoshoot day for our glam and grot themed magazine spread. Have to get the winter warmers out for a long day in chilly Aberdeen!
